The service is really nice and more points to them for the layout, but what puts me off is the 10MB file size limit.

That limit doesn't make me excited enough to change my default file hosting provider - localhostr.com. Don't go on the site design. I don't use that anyway. Their desktop uploader works very well (http://localhostruploadr.com/) . 50MB file size limit. No accounts, no storage limit. You can manage files from the desktop app and take screenshots form the app itself. The best part? Direct hotlinking for all kinds of files. And it's fast too.

It may only be available for Windows only (the app), but it works as good as any other service.
Thanks for writing about UploadRobots, it made me rant about Localhostr finally.

This concept is very helpful as the it can be used as a databackup too. Moreover since the uploading speed is good it can be used frequently.
Thanks for sharing this information.
