A day of accidents
Yea, so today was really a freaky day.
- Opened the morning newspaper and read about the building collapse in Borivili.
- As I left my house for college, I saw heavy smoke billowing from the Bombay Talkies industrial area. As it turned out, there was a huge fire at that place and property worth crores was burnt to ashes. I’ve never witnessed any fire so upclose and personal.
- About halfway to college, I witnessed an accident, wherein a bike had rammed into the ass of a huge truck. Luckily, the guy was safe but his bike was nothing more than a mangled mess.
College was cool. The test didn’t happen :|
- On the way back, I witnessed another accident, wherein a “tempo-ape” skidded off the road and had hit a construction machinery parked alongside the road.
- At the Times of India junction, a call centre carriage had kissed the ass of a truck. Shattered glass lay all around.
- A few metres ahead, there was a huge oil spill which was causing the two-wheelers to go wheeeeeeeee-thud. ( No, not me )
And then, back home, I had a HUGE fight with a good friend.
Life, Oh Well :| :-<
