So I bought the the new generation Apple iPod nano a few days back. After adding a few songs to it, I’ve carrying it to almost any place I go ( My loo being an exception :p ).
I generally keep the nano in my pocket, so only the white wires of the earphones are visible. Now, there have been numerous times when people / friends have asked me, “iPod hain kya?” ( Is it an iPod? ). To this, I generally reply proudly, “Yep! Its the new iPod. The slim and sexy one.” and similar stuff. But I’ve never been prepared to answer what follows. People, on hearing that its an iPod, have been asking, “Apple ka hain?” ( :-s )
Like, WTF ? “OFCOURSE ITS A FRIGGIN APPLE KA IPOD YOU IDIOT !!!!!!!!!!” ~X(
Come on. Apple designs, produces, manufactures some of the best gadgets and machines in the world. The iPod is one of them. It revolutionized music players. And you friggin ask me is it from Apple ?
I mean, Yes, I know there are plenty of cheap knock-offs available in the market. But those are NOT iPods :|
I rest my talk now :|

MICAF, short for Mobile Industry Crime Action Forum is an organisation set up by the United Kingdom mobile telecommunications industry, including mobile handset manufacturers, to address the issues of mobile phone theft.
According to a report published by MICAF, 98 percent of all the mobiles that are reported stolen in the UK are blocked within 48 hours of the theft. This is done by blocking the phone’s IMEI across all the networks present there, effectively rendering the phone useless.
The only alternative would be to use the phone outside the UK.
Now, going by the number of cell-phones stolen here in India, especially in the metros, it is high time that this is made a law in India. It would certainly help in cutting down, if not totally abolish the crime.

We have all seen the east people eating cockroaches and what nots in their soups on the Discovery Channel.
But I never knew we get something like this, here in India.
This has got to be the ugliest looking ( and tasting ) soup I have ever seen in reality.
Take a look at it on my Flickr page.
