Where’s the TataSky - A review [ Part Three ] you might be wondering, na ?

The thing is, I’ve been a lot busy lately with college and other work and not only this, but the renovations underway @ my home have been taking its toll on me. Anyhow, back to the topic.

Today is the 37th day of using TataSky. So far, I’ve had no “major” complaints against them. All the minor complaints that I’ve had, were addressed by their executives within 24 hours of each.

Here’s a summary of TataSky Services:

Thumb’s Up:

• Excellent Program Guide
• Very good remote
• Excellent Picture and Sound quality
• Excellent Customer Service and After-Sales

Thumb’s Down:

• Active Channels - Not really useful. STB becomes unstable sometimes. The channels work as if still in Beta.
• Rains :| - Signal goes dead if you get HEAVY rainfall. ( I emphasize on HEAVY rainfall )
