Soup Recipes, anyone ?
Well,
Mumbai has been blessed with heavy showers. Where I stay, it has been raining continuously for the past 7 days. And as I’m not-so-eagerly awaiting my results, I have nothing much to do the whole day. So, I decided to make some soup for myself. Nothing better than having a hot soup sitting by the window watching the rain drops fall on the ground. I googled for some ( Since I don’t have any book ) and came across this Soup Recipes site. There were others too, but I couldn’t find anything good.
I tried making the “Chicken and Cream Soup” from there. Ya ya, I agree. I had to take a little help from my Granny, but hey, I’m just a beginner. But the soup turned out to be amazingly tasty. I actually ended up making another one for the rest of my family.
Cooking is really fun. I still remember the days I tried making tea and the day I was taught to make maggi :))

Good.. Me never tried making anything except tea and maggi..
Its still “trying” to rain here, just insane winds and cloudy weather :|
The best recipe I found online was “Chicken Chettinaad”, tried the other iterations of that though, but the one I found online was the best. (don’t know where I found it though)
Its a andhra curry, VERY tasty with rice
“Chicken and Cream Soup”, will try that on Sunday. sounds tasty :D
Hmm, Speaking of Maggi, Is it just me or is Maggi losing its taste? It seems only Top Ramen is good these days.
Aah yes !! Chettinad Cuisine = Yummy
I agree. Maggi is NOT like the old times :(
Dunno abt Top Ramen. Are they still flat ?
Yeh, Kinda, Doesn’t make that of a difference after its cooked! Pick the “Masala” one and add some Ketchup while it boiling, it’ll taste great!
