10 things you can do at the bus stop

Most of us, at some point of time in our corky lives, have had to travel in a bus. Be it the BEST buses of Mumbai, or the killer blue line buses of New Delhi. I’ve never happened to enter a bus as soon I reach the bus stop. Picking one’s skirt up and running behind the bus is a different thing, but you all will agree that one has to spend no less than 15 minutes waiting for the bus.

So here’s a list of 10 things that you can do at a bus stop, waiting for the bus.

• Count the number of other buses, multiply by 965 and then divide the answer by your bus number.
• Note down the registered number of every bus that passes you.
• Ask any random person if he’s ready to play Truth, Dare and Stare with you.
• Act sick, blow your nose hard and sneeze loudly.
• Challenge any random guy to count upto 50 in a single breath. Challenge some other guy to make the first guy laugh.
• Talk crap on the phone about a bomb being present in the bus
• Ask the guy standing next to yo, “Kahaan Jaana Hain?“. When he answers, ask him, “Jaana Zaroori hain?” He will mostly answer in the affirmative, to which you zap back, “Toh jaa na“.
• Add up the number of all the buses that arrive at the stop.
• Whistle.
